My mission at Blue Sky Pilates is to offer individuals the opportunity to learn the Pilates Method, which will surely improve the quality of their lives through stress relief, pain relief and improved core strength.

Intermediate/Advanced Mat

Grab two other friends and challenge yourself to an hour of MAT instruction.

Introduction to Pilates/Mat
(Duration 45min)
This class is required for all clients new to Pilates.

Mat for Special Needs
(Duration 30min)
This class is designed for children with Downs Syndrome.

Core Circuit Training
(Duration 60min)
A full body workout using not only the Reformer, but will also incorporate a circuit.

Pilates Mat
(Duration 45min)
This class includes the classical beginning and intermediate exercises.

Posture Fitness
(Duration 45 min)
This all levels class emphasizes joint mobility and stability.

Sports Ready Body
This fast paced intermediate/advanced class will challenge your strength, balance and flexibility.

Intermediate Reformer
This class is for those who are already experienced in using the Reformer.
