My mission at Blue Sky Pilates is to offer individuals the opportunity to learn the Pilates Method, which will surely improve the quality of their lives through stress relief, pain relief and improved core strength. 

02 Clients will be given the opportunity to learn the principles of the Pilates Method which include proper breathing techniques, centering, concentration, control, coordination, improved balance and a sense of rhythm and flow. 

03Pilates also offers a body and mind connection that also reduces stress.  This is what Blue Sky Pilates has to offer the community of Los Alamos.
